Chef David Montanez was born in Mexico City and moved to Cancun at a very young age. Where he developed a taste for service and attention to diners who visited this heavenly place. That's where he met his wife and to his surprise she lived in Pittsburgh. He brought together his two great loves, the Steelers and Mexican food. Where he started his family and future. The experience in Cancun and the taste of the local people made the perfect combination to start his first restaurant in the city.
